AES is committed to following the Finland government’s COVID regulations in place at the time of AES Europe 2023. Details of the current regulations can be found here on the official Finland government website. The rules vary according to where you are traveling from. They are also subject to change without warning. You are strongly recommended to read the regulations carefully before you register, and to double-check before you depart that there have been no changes affecting your entitlement to enter the Netherlands.

If AES is forced to cancel the in-person convention due to a change in the Finlands’ government policy, or if a change in the Finlands’ government policy prohibits travel from the registrant’s country, AES will offer a full credit or refund of the registration amount paid. If purchased as part of the bundle, the in-person portion of the registration amount will be refunded. Should there be a change of policy in the country a registrant is traveling from which prevents travel to the Netherlands, or a registrant voluntarily chooses to cancel their in-person registration because of the COVID policies applicable at the time of the event, AES will credit the individual’s AES account with the registration amount paid (less a $25 administrative fee).
